Pok-yay!


It's sunny outside today, not too cold, we could almost believe that spring will be here soon! To soften the wait (because yes, spring will not really be here before mid-April here), I felt like letting some freshness in and went with a poké bowl. On a base of red quinoa, I put pea microshoots, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pickled turnips, grated sweet potato, tuna and black sesame seeds. I'm still wondering which dressing to serve it with, but I'll likely opt for my miso-garlic-ginger one (I'll post the recipe someday).
